Acceptance of terms
By using Miaozi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or app.
Using Miaozi
Miaozi is provided for Chinese learning, reading practice, dictionary lookup, and study tools. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.
Accounts and learning data
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for the activity associated with your account. You may contact us to request account or data deletion.
Learning content
Dictionary entries, stories, grammar notes, examples, and other learning materials are provided for education. We work to keep content accurate and useful, but language learning content may contain errors or change over time.
Subscriptions and paid features
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, included features, billing periods, and cancellation options are shown before checkout. Access may change if a payment fails, a subscription expires, or a plan is cancelled.
Availability and changes
We may update, pause, remove, or change features as Miaozi evolves. We try to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual property
Miaozi, its interface, original stories, explanations, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal learning, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of it without permission.
Limitations of liability
Miaozi is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, learning outcomes, data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control, or decisions made based on the content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of Miaozi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
